Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join the team as a Seasonal Transportation Associate
. This role offers a fast‑paced working environment and opportunities for career development within our growing organization.
- Adhere to all in‑place safety measures and procedures.
- Perform detailed tasks with a satisfactory attitude and job performance.
- Demonstrate organization and time‑management skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Utilize verbal and written communication and possess the manual dexterity required to use a desktop computer with a basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Demonstrate initiative, working independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform grass cutting with various equipment.
- Perform general yard maintenance, area cleanup, and other related duties as assigned.
- Perform light road maintenance and surface area cleaning/sweeping.
- Assist with general facility tasks, related duties, and backfill other positions as required to support turnaround.
- Load trucks and rail cars with finished products for distribution.
- Assist the irrigation program with tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Ability to travel to and enter sites to access equipment.
- Ability to pass a pulmonary breathing test.
- Ability to wear a gas mask‑type respirator and PPE.
- Tolerance to occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles and toxic/caustic chemicals with appropriate PPE.
- Experience working in industrial, agricultural, manufacturing, or transportation settings.
- Experience using yard equipment, hand tools, or mobile equipment.
- Interest in long‑term growth within operations, maintenance, or transportation.
- Experience working as part of a team in a fast‑paced or hands‑on environment.
- 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.
