Our cross-functional teams include a product manager, a designer, and engineers. We are expanding our product teams to build the next generation of AI voice applications, which is an excellent opportunity to help shape the direction and success of our new products.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can balance systems thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll drive end-to-end product design within a product portfolio, and partner closely with PMs, technology, and UX research to define vision, shape strategy, and bring AI Voice experiences to life.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:

• Lead design end-to-end, from product discovery through to final delivery, producing deliverables to illustrate user journeys and interaction patterns, such as flows, maps, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, elegant solutions that deliver customer and business value.
• Partner with product management on product strategy, outcomes, feature definition, and roadmap prioritization.
• Work closely with engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure high-quality implementation and a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to, and assist in maintaining, our growing design system and visual language; contribute to patterns that scale across products and lines of business.
• Thoughtfully contribute to and solicit feedback from your peers to continually raise the bar for design quality
• Incorporate AI capabilities into interfaces in ways that feel natural, ethical, and user-centric.
• Advocate user-centred design across the organization and with stakeholders across multiple departments.

We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:

• 4+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or technical product environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work, interaction design depth, and polished visual execution.
• Comfortable running lightweight research independently and synthesizing insights to inform design rationale.
• Skilled in Figma and familiar with AI prototyping tools and user research platforms.
• Excitement for working in a fast-changing, high-growth space

• Experience designing for AI-powered features (e.g., generative UX, ML-driven recommendations, conversational interfaces) is a strong asset. Bonus points if you have also worked on developer/client-facing AI products enabled via an API.
• Brand and/or visual design experience and a superb eye for applying visual styling within design systems.
