SAP BTP Zone – Advanced Edition Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Work Zone – Advanced Edition Consultant to design, configure, and implement a centralized enterprise portal serving as a single point of entry for SAP and non-SAP applications.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering a modern, role-based digital workplace using SAP BTP Work Zone Advanced Edition
, integrating SAP applications, dashboards, quick links, and external URLs to create a seamless user experience.

SAP BTP Work Zone Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and implement SAP BTP Work Zone – Advanced Edition as a centralized enterprise portal.
• Design and deliver a single point of entry experience for users across the organization.
• Configure:
• Dashboards and work spaces
• Quick links and navigation menus
• Non-SAP application links and external URLs

User Experience & Portal Design

• Design role-based work spaces and pages aligned with business needs.
• Customize layouts, cards, widgets, and content to improve usability and adoption.
• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Integration & Security

• Integrate SAP applications (S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori apps, UI5 apps) into Work Zone.
• Configure connectivity to non-SAP applications via URLs or integrations.
• Manage authentication and authorization using SAP BTP security services (IAS / XSUAA).
• Ensure proper role and access management.

Content & Navigation Management

• Configure content federation, catalogs, and groupings.
• Manage navigation structures and landing pages.
• Support content lifecycle management and governance standards.

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support portal deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to navigation, access, performance, and integrations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable portal solutions.
• Provide end-user guidance, training, and documentation.

• Strong 5+ hands-on experience with SAP BTP Work Zone – Advanced Edition
  .
• Experience configuring enterprise portals / digital workplaces on SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and S/4
  
  HANA application integration.
• Experience integrating non-SAP applications via links or APIs.
• Understanding of SAP BTP security concepts (IAS, XSUAA, roles & authorizations).
• Experience with role-based access and content management
  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
