Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks. The role works with all team members to achieve the repair facilities' KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
  • Manages the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests
  • When required, communicates updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel
  • When required, manages all arrangements for towing as well as costing against the Repair Order
  • Ensures all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers
  • Reconciles each Repair Order prior to closing
  • Monitors and manages Store’s Accounts Receivable
  • Actively applies new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS
Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details

Salary
36,000 - 40,000 per year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
