Boundary Co-op is hiring a Part‑Time (30 Hours) Customer Service III at our Waskada location.

What you’ll do- Reporting to the Bulk Petroleum Manager, the Customer Service III is responsible for:
- Demonstrating day‑to‑day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co‑op's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety; providing legendary customer service;
- Receiving, pricing and merchandising products;
- Opening and closing processes for the location;
- Ensuring that all image and operational standards at the location, including the cardlock, are met - cleanliness, inventory control, rotation, and ordering;
- Responding for all after‑hour maintenance/security issues at the Waskada Cardlock and Store;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- You are looking for an opportunity to work in Customer Service and are willing to work in this role;
- You have a Grade 12 or equivalent experience; retail experience is an asset;
- You're honest and trustworthy, are results‑oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
- You are well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision;
- Highly motivated;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
