Land Analyst/General Admin Support – Brandon, Manitoba

We are looking for a Land Analyst who want to build a new career in the surface land industry and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. In addition to being an analyst, you would support our Brandon office with general office duties.

Responsibilities include…
  • Preparing professional surface land and right of way documentation to support project teams and clients
  • Providing professional administrative and coordination support for the surface land team
  • Assisting with third-party applications and agreements related to surface land and right of way
  • Staying current on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to surface land
  • Maintaining, organizing, and updating processes related to surface land management
  • Mailing, stocking, ordering supplies, answering the phone, and other general administrative duties

What we require…
  • 0-2 years experience in a Land Analyst role
  • Solid skills in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Detail oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities
  • Natural problem-solver who can identify and implement practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both teammates and clients
What will set you apart…
  • Exposure to, or knowledge of, the Surface Land industry
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
