• Create work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate them to technicians.
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for vehicle work, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Make proactive calls to customers to determine satisfaction with received service.
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
• Ensure accurate billing of all products to the customer and process necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in safety initiatives to ensure safety at Fountain Tire, including customers and staff on the road, site, or field.
• Complete assigned e‑learning and safety courses in accordance with standards and policies.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.

• Experience in the automotive repair or tire industry is an asset.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, specialty tires, and mechanical services is an asset.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory passenger or commercial driver’s abstract.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.
