Sales Consultant – Auto Planet Brampton

Auto Planet Brampton is the largest indoor pre‑owned dealership in Ontario, with over 1,000 vehicles and a focus on innovation, customer experience, and employee culture. • Work as a full‑time Sales Consultant at Auto Planet Brampton, delivering exceptional customer service on all interactions and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of manufacturer‑specific vehicles, rebate, finance, and incentive programs.
• Project a positive attitude and ensure all work is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
• Attend factory‑sponsored and dealer‑specified training classes as scheduled.
• Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keep customers updated on vehicle delivery progress.
• Follow up with factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries and comply with strict OMVIC regulations.
• Demonstrate strong time‑management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Other duties as required by management.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Automotive sales experience (preferred).
• OMVIC certification (required).
• Dealer CRM system experience (required).
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record (required).
• Strong computer and verbal communication skills (required).
• Willingness to work weekends and be flexible with schedules (required).
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude under pressure (required).

• Competitive base salary of $50,000 – $150,000 per year plus performance bonuses.
