AZ Driver; Long-haul​/Overnight

Our Opportunity

We're looking for AZ Drivers to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. Opportunities are available across all shifts.

This position includes both long haul and overnight runs, and is based out of Brampton. Additionally, this position will require for the driver to sleep outside in the cab when required.

Looking at the Role

• Consistent hours on local, regional runs, long-haul
• Multiple service offerings – including pin-to-pin, dock-to-dock, tailgate & residential.
• Comfortable with a variety of equipment (i.e. pups, 53s and straight-trucks).

Core Requirements

• Committed service professional
• AZ license with at least three years’ verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years of age due to commercial auto insurance requirements
• Eligible for coverage under the company’s commercial vehicle insurance policy
• Experienced with both automatic and standard transmissions.
• Clean CVOR and Abstract.
• Experience using Electric Walkies and pump trucks an asset.
• Must be willing to sleep outside in the cabin
• Must be able to drive DZ trucks as required by operations (You will still get your AZ rate)

Compensation

Rate of $25 per hour commensurate with experience, plus delivery incentives where applicable and a competitive benefit package.
