Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Afternoon Shift Premium = $1.00 x hours worked
- Responsible to plan, schedule and confirm services to achieve customer commitments.
- Coordinate fulfillment of customer orders by warehouse operations team.
- Coordinate outbound shipment requirements and scheduling.
- Daily contact with service providers, vendors, and SCI employees across various locations and levels.
- Track and trace of executed shipments, confirming proof of delivery and updating the TMS system as required
- You will have daily interaction with customer representatives.
- Incident management – develop and implement contingency plans as needed to maintain service to customer.
- Prepare and complete necessary management reports as required.
- Responsible for day to day billing audits for AP/AR on assigned accounts.
- responsible to meet billing weekly and monthly SLA’s.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and transportation departments regarding possible issues impacting our customers
- Review the service providers’ performance to ensure service requirements are met
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction
- Other related duties or projects as required to meet the needs of the business and the client.
