Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced DISPATCHER to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm

*** This position has a rotational after-hours support component, and pays an On-Call Bonus.***

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving .

Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups

Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.

Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

3+ Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry

Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset

Proficient with Truckmate (TMW) an asset

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
