We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence.

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Drive sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash handling
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement

• 2–5 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
