Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ontario, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and effectively handling sales transactions. The role also includes tasks such as store merchandising, maintaining inventory, and keeping the sales floor presentable.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Jewelry and Product Presentation
• Basic Math and Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not required
