The General Manager will join our team supporting the development of an energetic team that is focused on maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze the business, propose action plans zaidi to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, and improve results to support key business strategies.
- Partner with the Regional Director to maximize sales and margin goals.
- Be responsible for the sales and KPI performance of the store.
- Prepare periodical reporting on competitors, products, and potential opportunities with the Regional Manager.
- Analyze sell‑through and liaise regularly with the different divisions on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity.
- Develop business strategies, set achievable goals and targets, and implement incentives to help boost sales.
Team Management
- Set personalized objectives and hold each team member accountable to develop behavior, performance, and capabilities.
- Create and foster a dynamic environment, motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Attract, develop, and lead a high‑performance team through effective training, coaching, and/or motivational activities.
- Motivate the team to drive results through effective training, accountability, and celebrating successes.
- Plan and conduct daily and weekly in‑store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives, and show how to reach them.
- Support the new staff onboardingాజీ to ensure a smooth and inspiring experience.
Client Management
- Ensure superior customer service standards through constant follow‑up with the team to deliver the Versace experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build relationships with Versace clients, engaging in customer interactions.
- Develop and expand the customer base by capitalizing on high‑profile clientele and sales.
- Maintain an active professional relationship with clients and community by understanding their needs and market changes.
CRM
- Monitor the team on managing their customer database, ensuring they maintain long‑term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

- Support the organization of in‑store and promotional events, liaising with the merchandising and PR teams.
Store Management and Operations
- Ensure the stock and back‑room are effectively managed and operational duties are met.
- Ensure optimum shrinkage results by enforcing слоя security measures and maintaining consistent accuracy in inventory levels.
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, participate in VM set‑up.
- Demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes, managing and balancing related budgetary expenses.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Computer skills: operation of retail point‑of‑sale system, Word, Excel, and email. ینہ skills
