Luxury Retail Sales Associate
Part-Time or Full-Time candidates – hourly wage plus bonus opportunities.
Base pay range$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr
What You’ll Do:- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong client relationships
- Drive sales and meet individual and store goals
- Develop and maintain a client book
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including care and features
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at POS
- Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and visual standards
- Support inventory processing, replenishment, and tagging
- Gift wrap and package purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-standard sales floor
- Assist with phone orders, mailings, and other store tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3+ years of retail or sales experience (luxury or boutique preferred)
- Strong communication and clienteling skills
- Comfortable working with POS systems, inventory, and basic computer programs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
