This part‑time on‑site role for a Keyholder is located in our store in Toronto Premium Outlet. The Keyholder will play an essential role in assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, acting as a role model for team members, promoting the brand’s values, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

The Keyholder will also help achieve sales targets, uphold visual merchandise standards, and effectively communicate with the team to ensure a cohesive retail operation.

• Strong knowledge of products and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to enhance the customer experience
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service with a passion for providing exceptional client engagement
• Effective Communication skills are crucial for building customer relationships and collaborating with the store team
• Ability to deliver and enhance a premium Customer Experience, ensuring a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere
• Flexibility to work part‑time retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with an energetic and positive attitude
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a retail setting is an asset
