. We are seeking a true product management professional
—someone who has owned a functional roadmap, driven continuous improvement, and managed end‑to‑end product value delivery.
You will oversee the day‑to‑day roadmap
, capacity and resource planning, communications, training, and adoption. The work includes managing existing AI use cases while also discovering and shaping new AI opportunities across multiple business domains.
The role works closely with finance partners to assess, track, and validate ROI of all AI initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Georgetown, ON, offering strong compensation, bonus, and a high‑quality benefits package.
Role OverviewThe AI Product Solutions Lead is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and value realization of AI‑enabled products across functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, Finance, and Operations. You will act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and tied to measurable outcomes.
This role focuses on adoption, continuous improvement, and operational impact
, partnering closely with solution architects, data scientists, engineering teams, and functional leaders.
- End‑to‑end product ownership from discovery to deployment and adoption.
- Define product vision, success criteria, and functional roadmap.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog based on value, feasibility, and business readiness.
- Identify problems/opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and validation criteria.
- Balance business value, data availability, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with AI architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support sprint planning, priority decisions, and release management.
- Define KPIs and measure value, adoption, and ROI of AI products.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts.
- Ensure AI solutions integrate into daily business workflows.
- Gather feedback and drive continuous improvements across models, UX, and features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional AI initiatives.
- Manage expectations, trade-offs, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Support business cases, value tracking, and executive reporting.
- Degree/diploma in Business, IT, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in product management, analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation
- Strong domain experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, or Operations
- Experience converting business problems into AI/data‑driven solutions
- Background working in Agile or product‑centric delivery environments
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work in complex global environments with multiple stakeholders
