BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

• Provide expertise on performance tuning, Oracle Golden Gate, and the ability to configure Golden Gate and troubleshoot related issues independently.
• With broad and expert-level database technical knowledge, provide database technical evaluation and recommendations on database design and architecture, integration, and database high-availability solutions.
• Monitor and proactively manage mission-critical production databases with strong database administration skills.
• Experience with PL/SQL development, implementing new stored procedures and scripts, resolving complex PL/SQL compilation issues, and fixing errors due to object grants/dependencies.
• Work with SQL queries and SQL Trace/Explain plans, perform SQL performance tuning, set Oracle parameters, and optimize options.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining tables, partitioning, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures in a large-terabyte database environment.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle products and patches, including Exadata, RAC, ASM, Clusterware, Data Guard, OID, Grid/Cloud Control, and DBaaS environments.
• Solid experience in Linux, Linux shell scripting, and experience with database links and Oracle heterogeneous services.
• Produce database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary.
• Plan growth and changes (capacity planning) and apply sound SDLC knowledge; experience in code migration, database change management, and data management.

  Systems Design and Architecture (Performance Tuning, Maximum Availability Architecture, Golden Gate administration, RAC clustering, ASM, Database & Application Server, Disaster Recovery using Data Guard, Backup and Recovery)
• Systems Analysis and Performance tuning (Oracle Database 12c, 11g, 10g, 9i; Application SQL and PL/SQL code tuning)
• Provide ORACLE engineering, design and administration services to several large-scale mission-critical ORACLE-based applications and environments

• Minimum ten (13) years’ database administration experience with recent experience in the following areas:
  Performance Tuning, Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle RAC, Oracle Exadata
• Experience with Oracle 9-12c (Oracle 12c, Oracle 11g, Oracle 10g R2, Oracle 9i);
  Golden Gate, RAC, Grid Control under HP-UX, AIX or Red Hat Linux

• Oracle technical certifications with rich experience in performance tuning and Golden Gate
