Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise network programs spanning capacity and lifecycle management, East/West network integration, and national network evolution. This role will drive initiatives that support business growth, modernize infrastructure, improve resiliency, and harmonize enterprise services across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Capacity & Lifecycle Management

• Lead forecast-driven capacity expansion to support new customer installations and enterprise upgrades.
• Manage hardware lifecycle refresh and cost-optimization initiatives (port reduction, network simplification).
• Implement redundancy strategies for high-density network devices to increase resiliency.
• Develop and enhance reporting systems to support national enterprise network operations.

East / West Network Integration

• Manage validation, design development, and integration testing of enterprise services in lab and production environments.
• Oversee network-to-network interconnect builds and end-to-end enterprise service testing.
• Facilitate creation of service architecture, integration documentation, and configuration templates.
• Support next-generation enterprise VPN and QoS integration across regional networks.
• Evaluate orchestration models (domain controller vs. direct configuration) to streamline provisioning.
• Gather and assess new product requirements and align with IP network strategy.

Enterprise Network Evolution

• Lead harmonization of national wireline enterprise services and expansion into new territories.
• Improve resiliency of critical gateway infrastructure through practical redundancy planning.
• Drive IT/OSS integration to enable a single operational view and streamlined provisioning.
• Support convergence initiatives that lower CAPEX/OPEX and enable nationwide product consistency.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of project management experience in telecommunications or large-scale network environments.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, enterprise VPNs, QoS, redundancy models, and OSS integration.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multi-region programs.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risk, financials (CAPEX/OPEX), and executive stakeholders.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
