IQ (IIQ) Developer

Location: Brampton – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

1. Design & Development

• Design, develop, and customize SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ (IIQ) components, including:
• Provisioning workflows
• Lifecycle event rules
• Certification campaigns
• Access request workflows
• Custom connectors and integrations
• Build and enhance IIQ components using Java, Bean Shell, XML, REST, and SOAP services.
• Implement and maintain:
• Roles and entitlements
• Access policies
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
• Identity lifecycle management processes

2. System Integration

• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems, including:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD)
• Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• SaaS applications
• HR systems such as:
• Workday
• SAP Success Factors
• Develop and test connectors using:
• SCIM
• REST APIs
• JDBC frameworks

3. Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow issues, and access approval problems.
• Manage end-to-end application onboarding, including:
• Schema discovery
• Aggregation and correlation
• Access modeling
• Monitor and optimize IIQ performance:
• Task scheduling
• Batch job management
• Performance tuning

4. Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to IAM standards, least-privilege principles, and corporate security policies.
• Support audit and compliance activities, including:
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews
• Access certification campaigns
• Compliance reporting

5. Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Business, and Application teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
• Provide:
• Technical documentation
• Knowledge transfer sessions
• Operational support guidance
