Position: Senior Financial Advisor - Cottrelle & McVean ON (18 Months Contract)

Responsibilities   Proactively discover customer needs and listen to understand their requests.
Educate customers with relevant insights and expert financial advice.
Build comprehensive, holistic plans to help customers achieve their goals.
Nurture long‑standing, strong relationships across the entire customer experience.
Drive branch business growth by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications   Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships.
Strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day‑to‑day banking, investments and borrowing solutions.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
