Job summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and email. You will enter customer orders, assist with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. You will use an AS400-based system as well as web-based applications. Additionally, you will provide support to our outside sales team and collaborate with our supply chain and distribution partners.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. After an initial period, the role may allow for a hybrid work arrangement, offering greater flexibility.
Who you are –

Core responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders on web based and BPCS (AS400) system.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Expedite and source product to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs.
  • What you bring
    - Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer relations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity
  • Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications
  • University degree or college diploma preferred
  • Salary: $55 – 65k (based on experience)
