This position is responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and A3, with a strong focus on project management and operational excellence supporting the Commercial Office in Canada. It involves analyzing and redesigning processes, defining and tracking KPIs, and implementing digital and automation solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance commercial operations.

The role also includes delivering impactful executive presentations, facilitating workshops, driving organizational change, and applying business intelligence and data analytics to support decision-making, cost reduction, and customer journey optimization. This position will be a flex modality position in Canada.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
* Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
* Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
* Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
* Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
* Measures performance against process requirements.
* Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
* Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
* May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
* Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
* Communicates team progress.
* Performs cost and benefit analyses.
** Salary range: $83200 - $104000
