Sales Consultant; Genesis

Position: Sales Consultant (Genesis )

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Selling and leasing new vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.

Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.

Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.

Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs.

Keep abreast of new equipment, features and tools available and recommend purchases.

Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.

Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Minimum 1 year of Automotive sales experiences.

Customer service experience required.

Strong customer relations skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience an asset.

Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.

Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.

Must have a valid OMVIC license or are willing to attain OMVIC license.

Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.

Willing to work as a member of a winning team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation):$50,000 - $90,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
