Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to manage and expand a portfolio of business for profitable growth
  • Own assigned territory, managing business development and performance metrics
  • Conduct agency diagnostics to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with agency partners through in-person and virtual visits
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and leverage AI technologies for innovation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum of four years of insurance sales or related experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Must possess strong knowledge of Property & Casualty marketplace and Travelers products
  • Three years of professional experience in sales, sales support, or relevant insurance field
  • Must reside in the territory managed and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation or willingness to pursue
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to foster agency partnerships
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex tasks and priorities effectively
