Overview

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial protection needs
  • Provide customized life insurance solutions based on client goals
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects
  • Follow up with leads using CRM tools and automated systems
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
  • Participate in coaching, training, and leadership development sessions
  • Optionally: mentor new agents as you advance into leadership roles
  • Uphold ethical, client-first practices in all interactions
Leadership Fast-Track Responsibilities (as you grow)
  • Lead and train a team of new agents
  • Run virtual team meetings or training sessions
  • Coach new representatives on sales techniques and system best practices
  • Help shape a culture of professionalism, growth, and service
Qualifications
  • (No experience is required — training is provided.)
  • Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide guidance)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable internet connection for virtual meetings
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Leadership interest or experience a strong plus
  • Sales, customer service, or call experience helpful but not required
Compensation

$60,000–$100,000+ potential in your first year
