PGA TOUR Superstore - - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and provide world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men's and Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms) to drive sales and the Customer experience.;
Maintain a working knowledge of all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, and coupons, etc., and assist when needed.;
Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of various Soft Goods categories and explain their features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
