Overview
We are hiring - Lead Server
Location:
224 Quincy Ave. Braintree

- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work both lunch and dinner shift.
- Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS.
- Must be a team player.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of +5 year hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
- Must have valid TIPs Certification to be a server.
- Full-time position
- Must be able to have strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, plus food/beverage kowledge.
- Must be able to multitasking, conflict resolution, and flexibility.
- Must be able to training staff, managing sections, and handling guest issues.
- Restaurant management experience preferred.
