Flatley Management Company, a leader in real estate management, is seeking a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, Maintenance Technician to join our team in performing the daily operations of commercial buildings and grounds. HVAC experience is a plus.
Qualified Candidate- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 yrs minimum experience in Commercial Building maintenance
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Hands‑on experience diagnosing and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems a plus
- Professional appearance and friendly
- Basic clerical and computer skills
- Daily interaction with tenants and contractors
- Hands on maintenance, repair work, and snow removal
- Assess and complete tenant maintenance requests or make recommendations for repair
- Overtime when required
- Work closely with Property Manager and contractors to ensure satisfaction of tenants
