Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Responsible for performing a wide range of facilities maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting inspections of facilities and exterior spaces
• Performing general janitorial duties in buildings and vehicles
• Assisting with basic building repairs
• Supporting security procedures for building access
• Operating cleaning equipment, handling trash removal, maintaining restrooms, and managing inventory of supplies
• Performing light preventive maintenance tasks such as fire extinguisher inspections and equipment checks
• Compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards is essential
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Willing to work second shift – 12:30PM to 9:00PM, Mon-Fri
• 2 years minimum experience in janitorial services
• Background cleaning in government facilities is preferred
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain Security clearance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff
• Ability to operate a variety of cleaning machines (vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers) and use common hand tools
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Reliability and punctuality in all weather conditions
• Basic technical abilities to send emails and use CMMS WO system
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
