- Manage all aspects of the installation process for bundled and unbundled conversion and startup plans
- Manage a detailed project plan documenting each task with a target date; highlighting major milestones and managing that timeline
- Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon time frames according to contractual benchmarks
- Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to ensure timely and successful transitions
- Document Plan Implementation project requirements, notes and other critical information to be shared with relevant business units
- Establish effective communications and change management activities for plan sponsors, Third Party Administrators, advisers and clients
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment and 1-2 years project management
- Knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and of retirement plan products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving critical thinking skills; ability to analyze data and take action
- Career-oriented, highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent time management with strong organizational skills
- Project Management Skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Able to work onsite 6 days per month in the local office, per hybrid work policy.
