About the RoleNeurent Medical is seeking a Marketing Manager, Clinical Marketing & Facility Enablement to play a critical role in accelerating adoption of NEUROMARK® in facility-based settings
, including ASCs and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs).
This role sits at the intersection of clinical marketing, downstream brand execution, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate: equip the field and customer accounts with the tools, messaging, and programs needed to expand utilization beyond the clinic and unlock growth in higher-acuity sites of care.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in sales and/or marketing, comfort working cross-functionally, and an understanding of ENT workflows and facility economics. This role will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams to drive shifts in site-of-care mix, support VAC approvals, and enable sustainable growth nationwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Enablement & Site-of-Care Expansion
- Develop and execute site-of-care–specific marketing and enablement materials for ASC and HOPD settings (e.g., VAC champion workflows, ASC/HOPD brochures, economic value tools).
- Support sales teams and accounts in navigating facility adoption pathways, including VAC processes, stakeholder education, and operational workflows.
- Partners with reimbursement/market access and field teams to help unlock VAC approvals nationally and support broader facility access.
Clinical Marketing & Messaging
- Translate clinical evidence and positioning into clear, compelling messaging tailored to ASC and hospital stakeholders.
- Develop materials that support concomitant treatment pathways and expand utilization beyond the clinic setting.
- Ensure clinical accuracy and alignment across all downstream materials in partnership with Clinical and Medical Affairs.
Downstream Brand Campaigns
- Execute downstream brand campaigns tied to NEUROMARK positioning, with a focus on facility-based growth.
- Align campaign messaging with sales priorities to support utilization expansion and account-level growth.
- Support field sales execution, field rollouts, and sales enablement related to facility adoption initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Reimbursement, and Market Access teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Act as a connector between strategy and field execution, turning priorities into practical tools sales teams can use.
- Support initiatives aimed at shifting the site-of-care mix (clinic vs. facility-based procedures).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or commercial roles within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- ENT experience strongly preferred (or similar), familiarity with procedural workflows a plus.
- Working knowledge of ASC, HOPD, and hospital infrastructures.
- Understanding of value analysis committees within hospital settings a plus
- Background in sales, sales support, or field-facing roles highly valued.
- Experience developing downstream marketing materials and field enablement tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% to accounts/tradeshow & events.
