Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans, who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Schedule from 4:30PM to 8PM in Boston, MA
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred ( 1to 5 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Able to communicate with Family and Supervisors efficiently.
