This is a full-time on-site role located in Braintree, MA, for a Financial Representative. The Financial Representative will work directly with clients to analyze their current financial situations and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial planning, discussing insurance and retirement options, recommending investment opportunities, and offering customized solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Collaboration with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience is also a key part of the role.

• Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
• Knowledge of Insurance and Investment strategies
• Background in Finance with an analytical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or similar) are a plus
