An established and growing civil construction organization is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects across the Greater Boston and New England region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, large-scale work that directly shapes communities and keeps essential systems moving.

What You ll Do- Own projects from preconstruction through final closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety
- Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multimillion-dollar civil construction projects
- Partner closely with field leadership to drive productivity, solve problems, and keep work moving safely and efficiently
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Build strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Oversee project documentation including change orders, progress reporting, and contract compliance
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven success managing infrastructure projects valued at $5M or more
- Experience with roadway, bridge, earthwork, and/or utility construction
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
- Confident leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Lead high-visibility, complex infrastructure projects
