Sci.bio Recruiting is seeking a high-performing, intern-to-hire or entry-level Recruiting Associate to support active client engagements across biotech and life sciences. This role is ideal for individuals who combine scientific curiosity with a strong service mindset and thrive in fast-moving, lightly structured environments where judgment, execution, and follow-through matter.

This is not a passive internship. It is a hands-on apprenticeship in professional life-science recruiting, supporting both RPO and executive search while gaining exposure to business development and client-facing work
.

Onsite requirement: 1–2 days per week in our Braintree, MA office

• Support sourcing, candidate outreach, scheduling, and business development activities
• Help manage interview logistics and deliver a high-touch candidate experience
• Build candidate and sales pipelines
  ; maintain requisitions in our ATS
• Serve as a Sci.bio brand ambassador in client interactions and at events
• Support social media content, video creation, and event planning
• Participate in networking events and internal growth initiatives
• Learn, develop, and contribute to business development strategy and execution

• BS/BA preferred;
  life or physical sciences strongly favored
• 1+ year in a customer-facing or service role with increasing responsibility
• Comfort creating and supporting and developing
  social media content (video, posts, campaigns)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment
• Reliable, self-directed, and motivated by helping others succeed
