Senior Residential Property Accountant - Up to $105,000 plus Bonus!

We are hiring a Senior Residential Property Accountant to lead the financial management of residential properties. This position is central to ensuring accurate reporting, analyzing financial trends, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. As a Senior Residential Property Accountant
, you will manage accounting functions, maintain compliance, and help drive financial success.

• Prepare and manage property‑level financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Analyze financial performance and property trends to guide business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with property managers and leadership on budgets and reporting
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• 3+ years of residential property accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
