Our established HVAC builder is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist. This is an onsite (M-F) work schedule near Braintree, MA.
Salary to $70K.
About the Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist:
- Established (40+ years old), growing construction company.
- Reports to the CFO.
- 50% invoicing/AR; 50% payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist:
- 2+ years of accounting support and payroll experience, ideally with a construction or HVAC-related organization.
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ERP systems
