• Manage ocean freight import and export shipments worldwide
• Arrange, track, and monitor sea freight movements
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and overseas partners
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage shipment files
• Ensure deadlines, service levels, and client requirements are met

• Proven experience in ocean freight imports and exports
• Knowledge of import customs procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
