Back-end Magento Developer

We are looking for a Magento Back-End Developer who can build high-performance, secure, and scalable e-commerce systems. You will develop custom Magento 2 modules, integrate ERP/CRM/PIM systems, optimize performance, maintain platform security, and support complex API workflows. If you excel in solving backend challenges and delivering robust Adobe Commerce solutions, this role is for you.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partnerbrands by performing these tasks:

• Develop custom Magento 2 modules and extensions
• Integrate Magento with ERP, CRM, PIM, and other third-party platforms
• Build and maintain custom APIs and synchronization processes
• Optimize backend performance and database queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues
• Apply Magento patches and maintain platform security
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews
• Produce technical documentation for system components
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and front-end teams

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3–7 years as a Back-End Developer specializing in Magento 2
• Strong experience with Magento Commerce / Adobe Commerce
• Proven experience developing custom Magento modules and extensions
• Deep knowledge of Magento 2 architecture , DI, plugins, observers, events
• Strong command of EAV model , service contracts, repository patterns
• Experience with indexers, cron jobs, message queues, CLI commands
• Advanced experience with PHP 7.4+/8.x , OOP, and design patterns
• Expertise in MySQL/MariaDB optimization, indexing, normalization, query tuning
• Experience with Redis ,
  Varnish , and caching strategies
• Integration experience with ERP, CRM, PIM, and payment gateways (Adyen, Stripe, Pay Pal, Braintree)
• Experience with API authentication: OAuth, JWT
• Proficiency with Git, Composer , Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions)
• Experience with PHPUnit, Xdebug, monitoring tools (New Relic)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Nice-to-have:
  Multi-store setups, B2B commerce, OMS experience
• Nice-to-have:
  Elasticsearch/Open Search, Rabbit
  
  MQ, PWA backend support
• Magento Certification preferred (Professional Developer)
• Contributions to Magento open-source community a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative engineering culture
