Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Security Contracts Manager, located in Sible Hedingham. The Security Contracts Manager will oversee client contracts, manage security teams, maintain compliance with established policies, and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations. The role involves liaising with clients, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Security Contracts Manager will handle performance monitoring, staff training and development, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will be a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring reliability and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in contract management, client relationship management, and performance monitoring
  • Knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and compliance processes
  • Leadership skills, including team management, supervision, and training
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in industry-specific standards and regulations
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and deliver high-quality service
  • Relevant certifications or training in security services, management, or compliance
  • Previous experience in the security or risk management sector is advantageous
