IT Project Manager – Braintree District Council
Join to apply for the IT Project Manager – Braintree District Council role at Essex County Council.
Contract Details- Temporary, part‑time (3 days per week)
- On‑site 2 days per week
- 2–3 month contract
- Up to £350.00 Umbrella per day, dependent on experience
- Immediate start
- Closing date: 15 December 2025
- Interviews: 23 December 2025
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project documentation including highlight reports, exception reports and change controls
- Manage budgets, procurement processes, supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical staff, stakeholders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes
- Oversee risk management, change control, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects adhere to data protection, cybersecurity, and GDPR requirements
- Local government experience
