Job Summary
InHealth is welcoming a part‑time Registered Nurse to provide Endoscopy services at our Braintree Community Hospital. The role supports the endoscopy unit and ensures a high standard of patient care.
Main Duties of the Job- Assist pre-, during- and post‑diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients.
- Support the senior clinical team and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff.
- Participate in decontamination, traceability and care of endoscopes and specialised equipment.
- Take part in clinical audits.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
- Experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN number.
- A supportive and reliable team player who fosters a positive atmosphere.
- Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying shift patterns.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Strong time and workload management.
8 am – 6 pm, 3 days a week with flexibility across Monday–Sunday. Weekend rota delivered fairly and flexibly.
