- Work 1-1 with a child with specific needs from 8:45am to 3:15pm, Mon-Fri (30 hours a week).
- Support the child with personal and educational needs under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
- Build effective relationships with staff, parents and children.
- Demonstrate calm, caring behaviour, and show initiative and flexibility.
- Mathematics and English qualifications required.
- Experience in supporting pupils with special educational needs (preferred).
