A Tier One Contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations on Phases 2 and 3 of the Panattoni Braintree Industrial & Logistics Development, following the successful delivery of Phase 1.

You will take full responsibility for site delivery, managing subcontractors, health & safety, quality, logistics, and programme performance in line with HSE, CDM, and company SHEQ policies.

• Lead site operations to deliver safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Manage subcontractors and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with CDM, HSE, RAMS, and SHEQ procedures
• Maintain site records, inductions, and safety briefings
• Build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders

• Proven Construction Manager experience on large industrial or commercial projects
• Tier One or major contractor background preferred
• Strong H&S and CDM knowledge
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
