Overview
Cashier needed in Braintree Paying £13.79 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all monies received (cash, card, cheque or electronic) are accurately reconciled and deposited at the bank.
- Process payments efficiently and in line with internal procedures.
- Liaise with the organisation’s banking provider, external partners and internal teams regarding income management matters.
- Handle enquiries and correspondence about payment issues, including investigating missing or delayed funds.
- Maintain accurate records relating to the receipt, reconciliation and processing of all income.
- Prepare cash collections for secure pick‑up, following all security procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the service.
- Provide general administrative support where required.
