• Client Supervision:
  Lead and supervise clients in the Brainerd Men's Program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
• Client Transportation:
  Maintain valid driver's license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles. Transport clients to all program functions.

• On-Call Staff are expected to work 2-3 shifts per month and attend staff meetings. Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco, drugs, alcohol).
• Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life‑controlling problems.
• Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
• Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to successfully complete background check process.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organization's vehicle insurance carrier.
• Must possess a MN state driver's license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state driver's license.

• Ability to stand for the majority of an 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to climb up and down three flights of stairs several times during a regular shift.
• Ability to walk during the majority of a regular shift.
• Ability to remain seated for the majority of a regular shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

• Weekday 1st and 2nd shifts (7am‑3pm):
  Base Rate $17/hr.
• Weekday or Weekend 3rd shift (11pm‑7am): $4/hr shift differential ($4 + base rate of $17 = $21/hr).
• Weekend 1st and 2nd shift: $2/hr shift differential ($2 + base rate of $17 = $19/hr).
