The role develops expertise in the latest wireless devices and builds customer relationships based on trust and tailored recommendations.

As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you’ll combine curiosity with discipline to excel in AT&T’s fast‑paced environment. You’ll deepen your understanding of cell phones and wireless devices, deliver personalized customer support, and support team growth through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem‑solving.

• Promote AT&T’s products by matching customers with cell phones and wireless devices that fit their needs and lifestyle.
• Highlight product features, service plans, and promotions to ensure customers understand the value of AT&T’s wireless solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by driving daily, weekly, and monthly performance across AT&T’s offerings.
• Maintain standards through merchandising, inventory support, and keeping the store organized in line with AT&T guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, align strategies, and deliver consistent experiences across AT&T sales campaigns.
• Develop expertise through training in product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques focused on AT&T cell phones and wireless devices.

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing preferred for career advancement.
• Experience in customer support or retail is strongly valued; telecom or subscription‑based industry background is a key advantage, though training is provided.
