Overview

Join our team at Barrett Petfood in Brainerd, Minnesota, as a Full Time Forklift Operator. This onsite position offers a competitive pay range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour and focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in a pet product manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts to move oils and finished goods within the production facility, collaborating with team members to transport materials safely and efficiently, and contributing to the companys customer-centric mission.

Your typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will be trained to follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment and will work to uphold Barrett Petfoods core values.

Required qualifications include a strong focus on safety, attention to detail in handling pet products and raw materials, and effective communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and management. Problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to learning, and good physical stamina to operate a forklift and stay active during shifts are also important.
