• Perform a wide variety of preventative and routine maintenance and repairs.
• May include groundskeeping and simple interior/exterior maintenance.

  Qualifications:
  
  1 year of classroom training or 1 year of experience in building maintenance.

  Licensure/Certification
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
• Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

  Monday - Friday, day shift - flexible start time.
